How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union and Switzerland: 8–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
- South Africa: 8–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs processing, local courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or the delivery location.
How much does shipping cost?
Alevaoria offers free shipping on orders over €30.
For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping charge will be shown clearly during checkout before payment is completed.
Product prices include VAT where required by applicable regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

- A link to follow your shipment

Tracking information may take between 24 and 72 hours to update after the parcel has been dispatched.

Once a parcel has already been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with the Alevaoria Return and Refund Policy.
Can I change my delivery address?

- Unwashed
- Free from marks, perfume, makeup, stains, or damage
- In their original condition

Dresses showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, strong odours, makeup, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.

How do I request a return?

You will generally need to provide:

- The dress you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
- Photographs when the item is damaged or incorrect
Return instructions and the appropriate return address must be received before sending an item back.
Do not send a return to the address printed on the parcel without first receiving return instructions.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect dresses within 7 days of delivery.
Your request should include:

- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the dress
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Keep the item and its packaging until your request has been reviewed.
After the issue is reviewed, an appropriate solution may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Does Alevaoria offer direct exchanges?
Alevaoria does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
To order another size, colour, or dress style, customers may return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order through the website.
Placing a new order separately can help prevent the preferred style from becoming unavailable while the return is being processed.

How does One Size fit?
Many Alevaoria women’s dresses are offered in One Size and are generally recommended for:

- Waist: approximately 60–82 cm
- Hips: approximately 85–106 cm
One Size does not mean that every dress will fit every body shape in exactly the same way.
Fit may vary according to the fabric, stretch, cut, neckline, sleeves, waist design, and overall silhouette of each dress.
Will every dress fit in the same way?
No. Each dress design may have a different silhouette, length, and level of flexibility.
Some dresses have a fitted shape, while others may feature flowing silhouettes, elastic waists, adjustable straps, stretch fabrics, wrap details, relaxed cuts, or oversized designs.

How should I measure myself?
Use a flexible measuring tape and measure while wearing lightweight clothing.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably fitted without pulling it too tightly.
Can dress measurements vary slightly?
Yes. Small measurement differences of approximately 1–3 cm may occur because of manual measuring and the production process.
Colour may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
Are the dresses transparent?
Transparency can vary depending on the colour, material, fabric thickness, lining, and lighting conditions.
Lighter colours may require neutral or seamless undergarments. Review the individual product description for available information about lining and fabric composition.
Will the dress colour look exactly like the photos?
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different because of:
